This form is to assist you in submitting your design details to us.

1) Submit your order (please make sure you have placed your order & payment prior to filling out this form)
2) Fill out the form below as follows...
NAME: Your name, or the name as it appears on your order.
EMAIL ADDRESS: The email address that we can contact you at, and email your proof to.
ORDER NUMBER:You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
DESIGN DETAILS: information/wording you would like on your design. Be sure to also include the size of your design.
PHOTO UPLOAD: If your design comes with photo's, please upload them here. Unedited high resolution photo's work best. Try to avoid dark blurry photos, as they will print out poorly.
MAXIMUM FILE SIZE: 5MB (JPEG and PNG only)
Once you have submitted your order, and provided your design details to us…we will schedule your design for completion, and notify you accordingly.
Please note that we book our clients designs on a first come first served basis.
*** PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS ***
If you will be using a professional photo in your design, you MUST have the rights to the digital use of the photo. We cannot use logo watermarked images, nor will we remove watermarks for you.
{TIP} Please be as precise as you can with the wording/spelling/grammar on your design. In most cases we simply copy and paste the wording that you have submitted.
